I am or have been a member of the State Bar of California, the New York Bar Association, the European Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and am admitted in California and the United States Federal District Court, Central District, California. I was a Managing Partner with KPMG Legal, a Director of Business Development, and am a Fulbright Scholar in Law.
